Typical Food
After some time and with the immigration to Brazil, the local cookery, that was Indian, suffers many intervention originating the typical “baiana” food, like, for example, the utilization of seasoning brought by the Black people.
“Vatapá”, “moquecas”, “acarajé”, “feijoada”, “caruru” and “sarapatel”, all these dishes are part of the Bahia’s cookery.
